Workshop

This highly interactive session will focus on the practical application of quality improvement tools and techniques. Working in groups, with people from a variety of areas and backgrounds, you'll learn how to use a range of popular quality improvement tools and techniques within a range of scenarios.

Small group work will involve different scenarios using quality improvement tools to explore opportunities for improvement. The learnings from each group will then be shared with the main group.

The session will suit people with some experience in quality improvement and a desire to learn more about the various approaches. As a result of your involvement, you will gain experience in the use of various tools and be able to confidently apply them in a range of settings.
